What is an Airdancer? It is a tall figure, made of lightweight fabric, that is attached to a large axial fan. The figure waves about as the air passes through it. It runs off a normal 13 amp socket, so as long as you have the airspace (no overhead cables or similar obstructions) you should be able to "fly" one! Not a good idea to have too close to a main road perhaps.
